Rebecca is a water resources attorney and an alumna of the Center for Land-Based Learning’s Farming, Agriculture, and Resource Management for Sustainability (FARMS) leadership program. Rebecca is active in her firm’s water law practice and in its well-reputed food and ag practice. Because of her joint involvement in these complementary areas, Rebecca lends a special understanding of food production and agricultural legal issues to her water law practice.

A California native born to a family of veterinarians, Rebecca attended the University of Notre Dame Law School, where, in addition to legal skills, she polished her talents as a member of the Notre Dame Women’s Boxing Team and developed a still-thriving passion for Notre Dame football.
