Calendar of Events

New ideas are always germinating at CLBL, and there’s not better way to get involved than to show up and dig in. Throughout the year you can connect with us by attending events, registering for a program, volunteering, shopping at the Mobile Farmers Market Truck, and more!

Speaker Series: June 19

You’re invited to our monthly Speaker Series events for pizza, libations and insights. On June 19th we’ll learn from Monarch Tractor about the benefits of farming with electric tractors, and available funding for farmers to trade in their diesel tractors for electric.

Volunteer at the Farm

Come get your hands dirty and learn about regenerative farming. We gather at Riverfront Farm in West Sacramento on the first Friday of every month from 8-10 am. Spend the morning weeding, harvesting, planting, and connecting and get a free bag of veggies to enjoy.

Mobile Farmers Market

Follow the tomato all around Yolo County and support our small farmers by visiting our Mobile Farmers Market Truck. We’re bringing fresh, hyper-local produce to neighborhoods in West Sacramento, Woodland, Knights Landing and Esparto. Click image for full schedule of stops.
