My most memorable moment in this internship was creating the posters for my environmental justice project. These projects allowed us to tie the politics and wrong doings of the prison system and connect it to the food manufacturers that take advantage of these people. This project allowed me to not only educate myself but all my other peers both inside and outside the internship.
